The processing of personal data received through this electronic office will comply with the principles and obligations established in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21.
Arte de Cozina undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data that may be requested through its services, and the duty to treat them with confidentiality. To this end, necessary measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or processing.
The collection and automated processing of personal data has the sole purpose of providing the requested services and tracking queries made by users. They will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to third parties without consent, except in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Organic Law 15/1999.
For the provision of services through this electronic office, the necessary personal data is included in files registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Registry.
At all times, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition may be exercised by requesting it through any means that provides evidence of its sending and receipt.
Arte de Cozina maintains the protection levels of personal data as provided for in the implementing regulation of Organic Law 15/1999 and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data provided to Arte de Cozina.
