With the same premise, our culinary offer is completed with Arte de Tapas, another way to enjoy our cuisine with tapas that share with our dishes the idea of recovering ancient flavors, those that were mistakenly set aside to show them to a whole new generation of diners.

Charo Carmona
The engine of Arte de Cozina, a repository of forgotten flavors. An avid reader and “listener” of origins and details of ancient dishes. Passion, effort, and study endorse her as a fundamental link in the transmission of flavors from our province to the future of gastronomy. She has been part of the Gastroarte group since its inception in 2010, a gastronomic collective formed by fifty Andalusian chefs with the aim of promoting the dissemination and promotion of gastronomy as a socio-economic stronghold of Andalusia.
